February 2010 Meeting Summary

Attendance:  20 members, 2 STAR Kids, 1 STAR Teen  and 2 guests

Minutes for January accepted as read

Facebook page has 72 members to date

Treasurer's report accepted as read, with reminder monies need to be moved to BIN account

Chapter voted to embrace Breast Cancer Awareness as our chapter charity

Tubing event in March is a go!

We have ride captains for May, June and July

LobSTAR Bake date set for August 7th and location will be Cook's Lobster House on Bailey's Island

An addendum committee was formed to define "gray" areas of chapter by-laws.

Wilderness Motorsports has generously offered to support us with our events

Board of Directors for our non-profit filing was chosen
